ASKING THE EXPERTS: Our most common questions about our products

We understand that you may have many questions about our products and no one likes guessing in the dark, but at GOSS Outdoor there’s none of that here. We believe that keeping our customers up to date and in the loop resolves in many successes for ourselves and for our valued customers. That is why we have gathered some of our most common questions asked and had our technical experts answer them for you! So to gain a little more knowledge about starting your journey here at GOSS Outdoor or the process of your journey carry on reading:

Question 1: I would like a quote, how do I get one?

To receive a quote from a member of the GOSS Outdoor team if a very simple process, all we need you to do is email us on our email contact@gossoutdoor.co.uk and provide us with the system that you are after, any rough dimensions that you are after, your email address, the best phone number to reach you on, and photographs of your site. Then the rest is up to us, we will take all the information and provide you with a quote as soon as possible.

Question 2: How can I see how to products work?

We have lots of different options for you to be able to view how our stunning shading systems work, firstly we have lots and lots of finished Case studies with photographs and videos showing the systems in action. There is also our Vimeo page that you can view where we have product videos stored, and finally we also have a showroom available for you to come and visit by appointment based at our office in Manchester - however if that is too far of a journey don’t worry! We also provide virtual showroom tours.

Question 3: Which shading system is the best one for me?

If you are unsure as to which shading system you would like installed on your site then no problem! Our experts can offer you all the advice that you need before you make that decision. One of our key prospects is delivering your dream outdoor space to you, so ask us all the questions you need. If you provide a member of the team photographs of your site - they can offer you their professional opinions alongside some of your wishes.

Question 4: Are the Retractable Pergolas the only systems that retract?

The answer is no, our contemporary Bioclimatic Pergolas are also retractable. However instead of having a fabric roof, some of our B-Cube (Bioclimatic) systems fully retract and others tilt to provide different amounts of shade with their aerofoil louvers. Question 5: Will my system have to be attached to my wall?

Again the answer is no, if we are unable to attach your system to your wall due to whatever reason, (e.g. piping or not the correct back wall height) we can provide the solution of a U-Shaped frame for your system to attach to so you can still have your dream system installed.
